President & CEO
Dan Dershem has served as President & CEO of LeanLogistics from its inception and is responsible for the company’s strategy, direction, and guidance. Dan is a 20 year veteran in both the logistics and information technology industries. Dan has infused a service-oriented culture throughout LeanLogistics, resulting in unsurpassed customer satisfaction and superb customer references. Dan graduated first in class from Ferris State University with a BS in Business Management (with Highest Distinction). He currently serves on the Ferris State University College of Business Board of Advisors. He is a recipient of Supply and Demand Chain Executive’s Pros-to-Know award and was selected as one of the 40 Business Leaders Under 40 in Michigan by Business Direct Weekly.
Chief Operating Officer
Matt is responsible for all operational aspects, including: customer operations (customer implementation, day-to-day customer support and training), LeanLogistics Managed Transportation Services, and technology.
Matt is also responsible for all legal and administrative functions, and for customer contracts and negotiation.
Previously, Matt served as LeanLogistics' CFO, where he had responsibility for finance and accounting, and personally developed LeanLogistics' financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Senior Vice President Business Development and Marketing
Chris is responsible for sales, customer relationships, and the development and deployment of solutions for the customer base.
Chris has nearly 20 years of experience in transportation and logistics management. Prior to joining LeanLogistics, Chris held multiple positions with Third-Party Logistics companies, from transportation operations to Supply Chain management , where he developed solutions for clients in the food products industry.
Chris has served as President of the Western Michigan CSCMP Roundtable for many years.
Vice President IT and Product Development
Rick is responsible for the prioritization and execution of the product road map and overall Information Technology functions. Rick provides industry and design guidance to internal and external product development teams.
Rick has over 25 years of experience in applications architecture, product development, and business process consulting. Rick has consulted with Transportation, Warehousing, and Third-Party Logistics companies.
Vice President of Technology
Andy is responsible for technical operations, which includes customer integrations, platform technology, and infrastructure. Andy has 20 years of experience in the Internet and technology sectors.
Andy established himself as one of Western Michigan's leading Internet integration experts by founding the Grand Rapids Free-Net, the first public access to the Internet in Western Michigan. As Executive Director, Andy built an on-line community of many thousands of users.
Vice President of Business Consulting
Stacy is responsible for customer-centric operations, including: day-to-day customer operations, customer implementation, and customer support and training. Stacy has over 15 years of experience in Supply Chain operations and in information technology.
Prior to joining LeanLogistics, Stacy provided Supply Chain consulting services to a variety of Consumer Products/Retail companies. Prior to consulting, Stacy was a Supply Chain Manager for a major retail distributor, leading various transportation, inventory, and distribution projects.
Vice President of Operations
Tim is responsible for LeanLogistics Managed Transportation Services (LLMTS). The LLMTS division provides customers with outsourced transportation planning, execution, and payment operations and in addition, provides Supply Chain analytics (strategic and tactical) and customer service support.
Tim has over 15 years of experience in all aspects of Transportation Management and Third-Party Logistics operations, including: transportation management operations and systems, fleet operations, brokerage, distribution center networks, and customer service.
Vice President of Sales
Jeff, a co-founder of LeanLogistics, is responsible for new business initiatives and alliances. Jeff has nearly 25 years of experience in the logistics industry.
Prior to LeanLogistics, Jeff was Senior Vice President for a Third-Party Logistics company where he managed operations, sales, business development, logistics engineering, warehousing, and transportation.
Jeff has served on numerous industry-related boards.
