Holland, Mich., June 22, 2009 — LeanLogistics, a global leader in innovative on-demand transportation technology and supply chain services, has been named to SupplyChainBrain’s 100 Great Supply Chain Partners Program. Companies were nominated by supply chain professionals during the 7th annual online poll. Participants were asked to nominate vendors and service providers whose solutions have made a significant impact on their company’s efficiency, customer service and overall supply chain performance.
“To be nominated to this elite group based on our client’s recommendations is an honor,” said Dan Dershem, President of LeanLogistics. “Knowing that our customer service efforts and advancements in technology have had a significant impact on our clients’ supply chain efficiency is one of the best affirmations we can receive.”
This is the first time LeanLogistics has been nominated to the 100 Great Supply Chain Partners Program. As both a technology and supply chain service provider, LeanLogistics leverages best practices and industry leading On-Demand TMS® — a combination not offered by other providers in a very competitive landscape.
“In 2009, we received more than 2,700 nominations from small and large companies covering scores of different industries,” states Brad Berger, President and publisher of Global Logistics & Supply Chain Strategies and SupplyChainBrain.com. “More than 500 vendors of every conceivable type of supply chain activity were nominated - from very specialized technologies, to a wide range of third-party logistics, transportation and consulting services.”
This year’s list of 100 companies that received the most qualified nominations will be published within the July issue of Global Logistics & Supply Chain Strategies and on SupplyChainBrain.com for the remainder of 2009.
