President
Matt Ahearn, President of LeanLogistics, is responsible for the overall business strategy and corporate leadership as President of LeanLogistics. Matt oversees the day-to-day operations of LeanLogistics as well as develops the executive strategy for business growth. Matt serves to maintain LeanLogistics' position as an industry leader delivering supply chain technology and solutions. In addition, Matt is responsible for the development, growth and execution of new solutions to drive maximum value for LeanLogistics' clients.
Matt joined LeanLogistics in 2001 and served in the COO and CFO roles, where he was responsible for overall strategy as well as finance and accounting. In 2005, he led the launch of the Managed Services department.
Prior to joining LeanLogistics, Matt held financial planning, purchasing, analysis and reporting roles with Johnson Controls, Bill Mar Foods and Deloitte. Matt brings over 20 years of industry knowledge, including international management, diverse sales experience as well as global business strategy. Matt has completed the 'Flippen Leadership Series 1™ course'.
COO
Chris Timmer, Chief Operating Officer of LeanLogistics, is responsible for global technology operations, corporate vision, product management as well as marketing and customer support. Chris plays an integral role in the expansion of the company's service footprint internationally and led the scaling of the LeanLogistics Transportation Network through the innovative development of a SaaS platform and market adoption of LeanLogistics On-Demand TMS®.
With more than 20 years of experience in transportation and logistics management, Chris is recognized as a leader in the transportation industry and regularly speaks at industry events.
CFO
Steve Pietenpol, Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for planning and analysis, business growth and profitability, resource allocation, as well as administering all functional activities related to finance within LeanLogistics.
Prior to joining LeanLogistics, Steve held various financial roles in the Automotive and Transportation sectors of the Manufacturing industry for nearly 20 years. Steve's broad domestic and international experience includes FP&A, Business Advisory, and Controls and Compliance.
SVP Global Technologies
Rick Tucker, SVP Global Technologies of LeanLogistics, is responsible for global technology development, product application in the marketplace and management of the development team. Rick's role in managing the development team encompasses everything from technology design to quality control. Rick leads product design and development for global technologies as well as transportation applications, such as LeanSource and LeanDex.
Rick has over 25 years of experience in applications architecture, product development, and business process consulting in the logistics, warehousing and transportation industries. In addition, Rick co-founded LeanLogistics in 1999.
SVP of Sales
Mark Gaddy, Senior Vice President of Sales, is a trusted, customer focused and results oriented leader with more than 20 years in the technology industry. His proven sales process and sales management abilities allow him to achieve consistent results, while instilling a winning attitude.
Mark has held senior level positions with responsibilities spawning domestically and internationally. His global software sales experience with selling to manufacturing, high tech, semiconductor, telecom, transportation and consumer packaged goods companies have enabled him to build strong focused teams with a common executable vision.
SVP Global Supply Chain
Tim Hinson, SVP Global Supply Chain of LeanLogistics, is responsible for implementation services, strategic support services, procurement services and engineering as well as overseeing the Managed Transportation Services department. Tim's role in the global development of the LeanLogistics technology is through strategy and service, bringing value to customers through the entire supply chain process.
SVP Business Development
Jeff Potts, SVP Business Development of LeanLogistics, is responsible for developing relationships with Brambles organization partners and supporting opportunities within the Brambles community. Jeff plays a vital role in the growth of the company through the ongoing partnership with strategic client relationships organizations and leads the global expansion of the organization.
Jeff has held positions in sales, consulting and business development during his past 29 years of experience in the logistics, warehousing and transportation industries. In addition, Jeff co-founded LeanLogistics in 1999.
VP Sales, Europe
Stacy Kannawin, VP European Operations of LeanLogistics, is responsible for all the commercial and on-going operations of the LeanLogistics EMEA Team. Prior to this current role, she has spent the past 10 years in various Implementation, Pre-Sales/Business Consulting, and Sales leadership roles at LeanLogistics.
With nearly 20 years of experience in supply chain management, Stacy has held senior level positions with supply chain consulting companies such as IBM and Ernst & Young LLP. Stacy has B.A. in Financial Administration and an M.B.A. in Logistics Management from Michigan State University.
VP of Business Consulting
Jon Kuerschner oversees business consulting and partner channels at LeanLogistics. With nearly 20 years in defining, building, marketing and selling innovative supply chain solutions, Jon brings his industry experience to provide valuable insights for companies interested in implementing differentiated logistics solutions.
VP Technology Services
Eric Meister, Vice President of Technology Services, is responsible for all aspects of customer technology implementation, post-implementation tactical customer support, and strategic support services.
Prior to joining LeanLogistics, Eric drove operational excellence through the adoption of technology in supply chain leadership roles in best-in-class manufacturers and a third party logistics provider including the implementation of LeanLogistics' solutions. His experience as a customer helps drive a practical approach in developing innovative supply chain solutions.
VP Research & Development
Chris Johnson, VP Research & Development of LeanLogistics, oversees all research and development activity at LeanLogistics and is responsible for the On-Demand TMS® product roadmap. A LeanLogistics employee since 2004, Chris served as the lead technologist of several initiatives including optimization, LeanFleet™, LeanSource™, and LeanDex™ before taking his current role. With a background in computer science and mathematics, his unique approach to software development continues to drive LeanLogistics' technology solutions.
Director of HR
Dan Broekhuizen, Director of Human Resources, strives to maintain and cultivate the culture of LeanLogistics, where "My Goal Is Your Success" is not just an HR initiative, but instead, is the core value that every Team Member is committed to, both internally and externally.
With more than 10 years in the talent management field, Dan has been actively involved in Team Member relations as well as coaching and development. Dan's experience in the manufacturing and service industries enables him to plan, direct, and coordinate talent management and organizational development activities to maximize the growth and performance of all Team Members.
