Rocla Selects LeanLogistics for Transportation Management in South Africa

Holland, Mich., – LeanLogistics, a global solutions provider of transportation management system (TMS) applications and supply chain services, welcomes Rocla (Pty) Ltd., Southern Africa's leading manufacturer of pre-cast concrete products for infrastructure, including pipes, culverts, manholes, poles and various other related products, to the growing global network of LeanLogistics customers.

Rocla joined as LeanLogistics' newest customer via Transnova, a No More Red (Pty) Ltd company, a LeanLogistics' value-added reseller based in South Africa. Transnova supports LeanLogistics aggressive growth strategy to expand globally by providing a local presence in certain markets. Transnova has offices in Johannesburg and Durban supporting LeanLogistics in the South African region through sales, implementation and customer support.

With the cost of delivering Rocla's finished goods to customers being a significant portion of the overall cost incurred at Rocla, achieving savings in this area represents a major opportunity. Rocla decided to engage the services of a team of Transport Management specialists (No More Red (Pty) Ltd) to assist them in implementing a tried and tested transport management system with a view to improving on the current situation.
